Mădălina Stănescu is an associate professor at the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations.
Mădălina is the founder of Optimized agency and a digital consultant with 16+ years of experience in marketing for international brands. After gaining significant marketing experience in companies such as Google and IBM, she founded Optimized agency, focused on digital marketing for e-commerce players, managing 4+ Mil EUR media budget annually.
In 2023, Google recognized Optimized expertise with the prestigious Search Excellence Award for Retail category.
Mădălina is also one of the few Certified Trainers selected by Google in Romania, delivering more than 400 trainings on digital marketing in the past years. Her interest in e-commerce started 12 years ago when she founded 3Pitici.ro, one of the most important online players in Toys & Baby Products.
