Admission exam
Candidates must submit, via admitere.snspa.ro, together with their admission papers, a PowerPoint (ppt/x) presentation. The presentation should be drafted in English and it should tackle one of the suggested topics (see below). Presentations will be evaluated by a comission between July 24 - 26.
Structure of the presentation

<Slides 9-14> (empirical section - research & data, case studies, examples etc.)

Candidates will use no less than 10, no more than 15 slides in their presentations.
Formatting: Times New Roman, size 18, line spacing 1
References: at least three (3) bibliographical sources (books, articles, websites)
Presentation topics
1. Classical ("waterfall") and/or alternative (Scrum, Agile, etc.) project management methods;
2. Strategic management and organizational development through projects;
3. Introduction of project management in organizations (benefits, stages, barriers, change management, etc.);
4. Project team management (team dynamics, leadership, conflict management, negotiation, etc.);
5. European programs and projects;
6. Project implementation in international environments.
These are generic topics; candidates can choose to focus on one or more subtopics.
